We were visiting family from out of town when my daughter had an accident that loosened her front teeth. Dr Thames saw us on a holiday weekend and was so thoughtful and kind. He was so good at calming my daughters fears about what was going on during what was supposed to be a day off for him. They don't make many doctors like this anymore. If you live in this area he is who I would choose for my orthodontic needs. Excellent, caring , and so very patient oriented!.
Phenomenal office! Staff got me in quickly despite booking 6 months out for cleanings. Everyone was very friendly & attentive. The hygienist Jenn gave me the best cleaning of my life! I worked in dentistry for 30 years before relocating & getting out of dentistry, so I've had lots of cleanings and know how a thorough cleaning is done. Jenn did it! She was caring, thorough, and gentle. My mouth didn't ache afterwards like it has in the past. I am very pleased with them for taking care of my dental health without the usual pushy dental "sell" to reach production. I highly recommend Innovation!.
