i recently went there to get my wisdom tooth extracted, im 38 years old and i read so much online about nerve damage after 35 years old, Dr. Klemp was amazing, he sat down and explained to me show me the X rays and told me i did not have to worry about anything that he will be able to do it with no problem, he was amazing it was a super fast procedure and he gave me the best advise for care, i can not recommend anyone else he is being so far the best thank you DR. Klemp Zayda Sheer.
As a general dentist myself, I can testify to the craftsmanship and quality of work that Dr. Burton provides. It was actually a treat to see his work as a co-resident at Florida. I'd let him work on my teeth in a heartbeat. Great person!.
While traveling in the area, I had a dental emergency. Called first thing in the am and they fit me in immediately. Courteous, efficient and professional. So grateful we found you!.
TWICE! I live one hour away. My first appointment (which I had made two months in advance), I arrived only to be informed that Dr. Heppler was not in that day after all (and only a teeth cleaning would be taking place). WITH NO PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION. One year later, I scheduled another appointment (one month out). I phoned the office en route to ensure that the dentist would be in that day and was very rudely informed that Dr. Heppler would not be able to see me that da... Well, I do. I have a problem with your scheduling techniques, your rude receptionists, your delinquent dentist never being there, and most of all, your severe lack of customer service. See More y because Dr. Heppler had made a doctor appointment of his own during my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist snapped at me and accused me of lying because I informed her that I never received a phone call (she literally yelled that she had personally made the call herself). She then proceeded to tell me to find a new location if I had a problem with their scheduling techniques..
