I have two very poor wisdom teeth and need antibiotics but Dr Webb refused me due to me getting ill for one appt and another for recent weather being bad. I was told she had not seen me since September and therefore I received no prescription. When did doctors start giving ultimatums and refusing to help people? Highly disappointed in her demeanor in this matter..
I’ve been going here since 1998 with my kids. Today I called to make an appointment for my grandson and was refused because I apparently changed 3 appointments. They went back 3 years and 7 months to March of 2019. I wonder if they have ever had to change or cancel an appointment. A little unfair if you ask me.
He has tremendous skill and patience while working.......He is also......Very dedicated?....Compassionate....Caring dentist.
If you need paperwork for claims, be prepared for a long wait! The hygienist was great; the dentist was ok..
The fact you can have an appointment after normal business hours is a 5 Star rating in itself. I’ve been going to Aspen Dental for almost 2yrs now & don’t have a single complaint! Karen is always quick and great for cleanings. �.
The whole team at aspen dental was awesome! I went in there yesterday to get 4 teeth pulled and they did a awesome job to get me in inform me of everything I needed to know. Didn’t charge me a small fortune. Made the entire process easy from start to finish. Will definitely recommend y’all.
