All aspects of this extremely professional and well organized practice have helped to greatly reduce my dental anxiety. Dr. Altieri and his staff are knowledgeable and offer the most up-to-date dental services. I genuinely feel like they care for me - wow!.
He's one of the best if not the best dentist I've ever been to. He's patient, nice and he cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Alteri to anyone looking for a great dentist, and if you're the nervous type? You won't be after meeting him and his wonderful staff. .
Well after my initial review I have come back to add an updated review. Dr. Trentalange assured me he and his staff were going to go slowly to help me get my gums healthier. I didn't have the money for a periodontist so he said he'd help me. Well $1,500 later my gums are worse than before not to mention old silver fillings breaking off after all the manipulations performed during the scaling. For that money I should have just seen a periodontist. Also final cost was higher than originally quoted.
Called on a Thursday with an abscess. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning 8:00a.m. When I arrived I was told dr. Altieri was busy today and may not be able to accommodate me. I've been a patient for nearly 15 years and my wife and 2 children also get cleanings and care regularly. One of Dr Altieris assistants took an x-ray of my teeth and then the doctor came to speak to me. Dr. altieri looked at me knowing I had a full blown infection and told me he was too busy to help me today, after we both agreed my molar should be extracted. Didn't even give me the option to come back tomorrow or another day. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 15 years and this is the respect we receive. I am so upset and my family and I will no longer give this heartless individual our business any longer. Be very careful when u give Dr altieri and Kelly a call..
Dr. Altieri has been my dentist since I was a child, and with good reason. The quality of care and treatment that you receive is second to none. They are a professional and friendly staff, who work hard to make you feel comfortable and give the best care around..
