Dr.Lsaw my 3yo.He shook her cheek during shot&she said ow&he said too hard?DUH!(looked hard)She hurt during fillings(not all the way numb)he threw an instrument after she bit down&it fell out of mouth&then he yelled at her(twice),because she cried.I willNEVERgo back,it was horrible!there's a reason they don't want parents to go back with the kids,I wouldn't have my baby go alone!Warning to parents:doNOT let kids go alone!going to Ada,it is worth it for the protection of my child! My experience was awful. The dental assistants and dentist talked amongst themselves as if I did not exist. Their conversations were of a personal nature. The dental assistant was not paying attention to her work so busy gossiping and she pinched my cheek and lips several times. I did not feel like the Dentist listened to me. He just yes this and yes that and proceeded as if he could not wait to get the next patient in the chair. Lastly, they kept me inverted for almost an hour. My head was pounding, my mouth bleeding and jaws were so sore. I was miserable..
