Absolutely excellent experience with Dr. Klein and his staff! We are from NY and were in NJ for a baseball tournament. My son was injured during a game and we needed to have him evaluated. Annette, the practice's receptionist/office manager, quickly checked us in and put us in the cue to be seen. We did not wait long and Dr. Klein performed the evaluation and had an x ray taken and read. The entire staff was professional, efficient and took excellent care of my son. The people of Clinton, NJ are fortunate to have such a competent and professional medical office available to them. Thanks to all on Dr. Klein's team! Dave.
Hillary - Thank YOU for straightening out this horrible mess! You took the time and demonstrated a strong willingness to fix the mess that others in your office absolutely refused to fix. Thanks Hillary! I had to give a ONE STAR rating in order to post my total displeasure with PATTY and The Doctor Is In. Too bad they end up with one star! HORRIBLE business office. Patty - in the business office - said - it's not her fault - that it's an insurance problem that I have to deal with - and that I should PAY upfront costs and then Dr Is In will reimburse me when they get paid by my insurance carrier! All I did - was ask for a few more days - because when I spoke with BC/BS again yesterday - BC/BS promised they would get my insurance fiasco straightened out asap. PATTY said they can't wait. REALLY? The Doctor Is In is opening offices all over the place - and they can't wait for my $200 payment? Do not go to Doctor Is In. Waiting time is ridiculous. You are asked to pay for a DOCTOR'S VISIT and you wind up with a PA. I guess that's OK. PATTY - and Doctor Is In - should reconsider their stance. I almost didn't answer their call-back because they used a restricted number to call me. And it's not ObamaCare. It's the PATTYs in this world and the rich docs who are killing us..
The nurse used the wrong container to send my urine sample for testing. Four days later, I had to call several times and dig to find out why I still don't have results. First they blamed the lab for negligence and that the lab didn't do the tests. Then I said, give me the contact at the lab so that I can verify your story. Then, the nurses response changes - we used the wrong tube to send the sample and the lab rejected the sample. It is our fault. Then the nurse gets annoyed and hangs up because I she doesn't want to talk to me. Horrible people with no ethics!.
