I lost the filling of #13 bicuspid. The tooth wiggled slightly when touched, but was not painful, except when biting something hard. This was my 1st time to see Dr. Anne Jacko. As soon as she touched my tooth, she stated a “small loose piece” needed removal. “No anesthetic required”! I don't know what she meant, since I never felt a loose piece, yet she was resolute, and as her attempts grew more painful, she applied topical anesthetics and an injectable anesthetic. In the end, with considerable force, she somehow split the tooth lengthwise in half. The tooth was so damaged, the endodontist I visited, referred me to an oral surgeon, who extracted the rest of the tooth. I am sure Dr Jacko is a good dentist, but something went very wrong. I decided to write to remind people to ask questions about a proposed procedure and the intended outcome, no matter how uncomfortable the asking. If I had done this, I might not have lost a precious, natural tooth. I am deeply disappointed..
I first sat in Dr Jacko’s dental chair in July of 2017 - for an emergency procedure! I have been back many times since. Her and her staff are amazing - friendly, fun, engaging and know what they are doing! I am leaving the area and I can only hope I find another dentist and team as awesome as Dr. Anne Jacko and her team..
I have had tons of dental work done throughout my life! Sitting in Dr. Jacko's dental chair has been among the best dental experiences. Not only is she a really good dentist she genuinely caring and concerned about you! Her assistant is fantastic also. I highly recommend her..
Dr. Musengo is a pro when it comes to repairing my teeth. I wouldn't trust anyone else. He knows his stuff..
