Albany Family Dentistry

Completely unorganized, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. At one point the dentist was amazed that my teeth had completely changed since my last xray. Looking at the xray, I had to inform him that it wasn't mine. It had someone else's name on it. Obviously, mistakes happen, but the amazing thing is that I had to repeatedly remind this dentist to stop referring to that xray -- since it wasn't of my mouth!!!! Mindboggling. Then they did an exhaustive set of new xrays before informing me that they wouldn't be able to provide care. Insurance issue? Lack of experience? No explanation. I'm still trying to get them to forward my records and the extensive xrays they did to my next dentist. Avoid them! Completely unorganized, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
