I went to the Abington office as I had an emergency dental issue (I had fallen two days earlier, when I flossed a piece of my tooth came out.) Ruthie, the hygienist was helpful and took my xrays. Dr. Shirgavi came in and told me that it was not a broken tooth, but a decayed filling on both back teeth. What a relief to me! She knew of my allergy to novacaine and asked me what I wanted to do. Even with her back of appointments, she filled my two cavities right there and then. I was out within the hour. I can\'t say enough how good she is with her patients. I would definitely see her again.
