It was easy to make an appointment and everyone from the front desk to the dental chair were very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had three fillings done here so far, along with general teeth cleaning. They ensured that I was feeling no pain, and made sure I was well informed of what they were about to do before proceeding with procedures. I highly recommend this practice as you will not be disappointed. The memory that sticks in my mind the most is that they didn’t rush to numb the area of work. They rubbed jell on the area to numb the outer area, then slowly inserted the needle and injected novocaine, then waited for the numbing to activate before inserting any further. So if you are looking for the most painless dental experience possible — then I strongly recommend Cross Keys as they didn’t rush the procedure while many other offices will rush in order to save time. I could barely even feel that they were inserting anything. And “I HAVE!” had some painful past experiences with other doctors who seemed to feel that a fast procedure was more important than the comfort of the patient. Not so at “Cross Keys Dental”.
