1The billing team had my insurance information 3.5 hours prior to my children\'s appt and failed to inform me that they are not an \"in network\" provider for my insurance company, then wrote my blank check that I thought would be needed for maybe a fluoride treatment, ect. for $240 when the visit should have been free with an in-network provider for preventative care only. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and the lack of communication/information given to me.
