1I was seen in August 2021 then again in March 2022. At both visits they neglected to tell me they no longer took my insurance starting in March 2022. At my March visit the receptionist and hygienist told me they check into my insurance and my x-rays would be covered. They neglected to inform me in several instances they opted out of my insurance provider. Very disappointing communication and office management.

1BEWARE!!!! I have gone to Dr. Carson for a few years out of convenience. I have had several fillings fall out. I have also had a couple crowns fall apart as well. I mean really - how can fillings last for 30 plus years when I was a kid to his only last a few months to a year??? The last one was put in a couple months ago and it has fall apart as well. One time I had a bridge done and they left gauze in the pulled tooth\'s space under the crown and it became infected badly! Their office pre
