He didn't do a good job on both of my kids. Don't waste your money going to him. Already going there for more than 2 years and the teeth weren't straight. He didn't even finish my other kid's orthodontic..

General Family Dentistry Inc

I'd like to start by saying...the ladies in the office are wonderful. They're polite, helpful, always smiling, very welcoming, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I walked in, on my SECOND visit, and I was greeted by my first name. I'm not usually an easy person to please, but that made me feel wonderful. I felt at ease, and that was a huge deal, being I'm terrified of dentists. The dentist, on the other hand, was not so welcoming. He was straight to the point, which is fine, but he never once smiled or said anything comforting. I apologized for being so nervous, being I thought my jumpiness might be a little aggravating, and I was told to "get a grip", as he was walking out of the room. That was the last thing he said to me. Very nice, right? I left in tears, not only from being scared, but also, from being angry. My feeling is that, if you've been practicing for 30 years, you should have already seen this reaction from many patients, and you should know by now how to make people feel a little more comfortable. Afterall, you may be helping us, but we are paying for this. Being I haven't seen the ending results yet, I won't NOT recommend him, at this time, but he could be a little more polite like the rest of his staff. Customer service is a big deal to a lot of people, not just me..
