These guys used to be great. I've been going to them for 6 or 7 years now and always had a pleasant time. But recently they've clearly just become all about the money. Last time I was in there the hygensit scheduled me for 2 regular cleanings. Then the dentist realized that my insurance would pay for "deep cleanings". Which I told him I don't want. Also every time you come they try and push you to get something extra. The receptionist as I was leaving stopped me and said that I _HAD_ to schedule a deep cleaning and that she was going to cancel my two appointments until I came in for a deep cleaning which I did not want. Then today she texted me from some random number demanding payment or else I'll be sent to collections. No phone call letting me know of some balance, no nothing. Just straight to demanding to pay or collections. I'll be finding a new dentist now..

Dr. Tosch has been my dentist for many, many years since the early 80s when he first opened his practice in Benicia. Although I have moved several times, I always come back to Tosch Dental because of their caring and professional services. His daughter, wife and the rest of the staff are like a wonderful family to patients. The quality of his work is unparalleled..
