While the dentist himself seemed professional, he was an hour late for the appointment. All the time my wife was waiting there, the staff was extremely rude. We were on public aid while i was waiting for the insurance at my work to kick in, and they were extremely vocal about how we are a drain on the economy and should be required to pay more per visit.
