5In the past they have cancelled several appointments but I think things are now starting to get back to where they used to be. Today was my first cleaning experience with Heather who did a great job and also has a nice personality. Dr. Lalani took the time to explain things to me and does an amazing- thorough job. Both ladies made sure that I left happy and satisfied, much appreciated. Thank you for answering all my questions and taking care of my concerns. Today was a great experience!

6The staff at this office are accommodating and kind. I loved Dr. Lalani! She did what she felt was in my best interest and showed me compassion. Brittany was a great hygienist. She was friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. My overall experience at Gateway was wonderful! I highly recommend.
