I even gave her a second chance to fix what she had done and it turned out worse! Can never smile again I’m so horrified. She seems impatient and rushed and the quality of work is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!.
Best dentists and Staff that i have ever had, caring for my,and my families teeth===, -everyone there is-Knowledgeable , caring, concerned, -also we do not currently have dental insurance, and their charges are very reasonable-- would recommend them to anyone, without any reservation-have been to various dentists over the past 50 years, in various locations, all over Northern Illinois,, and these are definitely the Best Dentists ,and the best office staff that we have ever encountered !!!!We gladly travel to Beloit for dental care..
I was satisfied with him on my first visit. But on the next visit, I came for a filling and a cleaning. I have TMJ and can't open my mouth/jaws fully. He knew of this condition. When he went to do the filling, he became angry that I couldn't open my mouth wider. In trying to accommodate him, my tongue kept getting in his way--and he got angrier, shoving my tongue aside with his instrument, and telling me to open wider. I was extremely embarrassed and hurt. I will never go back!.
I called to inquire about how he handled scared patients, explaining that I had sensitive teeth and was looking for gentle care. The girl that answered gave a vague yeah - she wasn't real convincing. When I pressed for more of an answer she put me on hold, then came back and said that the office manager thinks I better find a Dentist in Rockford ! I was floored...will NEVER advise ANYONE to visit this office VERY unprofessional !.

Chiera E Dds - Family Dentistry is Awesome I have had to have extensive dental work done, including a root canal, and was terrified. Dr. Chiera put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. He explains everything and I would recommend his practice to anyone..
