1The office manager is very unethical. If you've had to pay out of pocket for any treatment here, check with your insurance and make sure the office filed a claim for the treatment and check that it indeed wasn't covered. I was lied to by the office manager Stacey. She told me my crown wasn't covered, so I paid $1,000 out of pocket. A year later the dentist told me I needed another crown. I was telling a co-worker "I have to pay for another crown" and the coworker told me our insurance should have covered it. This began a whole saga of the insurance company telling me and Stacey that the crown was covered and that the dentist office had never filed a claim for the crown. Stacey repeatedly told me it wasn't covered, yet after my third phone conversation with her and after a second letter from the insurance company telling her it was covered, she put in a claim and Delta Dental ended up paying their office for the work. Even after Delta Dental paid the office for the claim, Stacey still refused to refund my payment. Delta Dental told the office to refund my money. Stacey denied she had received money, and she refused to acknowledge the letters from the insurance company instructing her to pay me. I had to file a grievance through Delta Dental, and Delta Dental ended up paying me and taking it out of future refunds to this dental practice. Even if years have passed, please check your benefits for yourself. Do not believe what this dentist office tells you. They are scammers. If they erroneously billed you, file a grievance so they can be investigated by the insurance company for cheating their patients out of money.
