Dr. Cook...A voice from the past... July 3,1984- Our family (my husband and 2 sons) on a month trip west...we are from North Carolina. Our second night was overnite in Fort Worth, TX. Our 10 year old son went down the slide into the pool. Slipped and broke his front tooth 3/4 off...Opened phone bk Called you...Didn\'t know city (and, of course...no GPS back then) YOU came for us, drove us to the office, ($75 later tooth fixed) Still there...even after braces~ great job....Thks again~God bless
