2The patient does not matter to the front office/billing department. After asking questions about insurance, in regards to my children, I was told they would not, "go chasing" after information. All I wanted was even a number to call. I know they have all of that information, dealing with insurance every day. Customer service, people and maybe a little tact! You just lost two more patients today.
