After investing thousands of dollars and several years in Invisalign to adjust teeth that Dr. Huff said would develop cracks from striking each other improperly, I have nothing to show. After going through the entire treatment, all I needed was the retainer. I asked at every check up, called, talked to everyone in the office, including Dr. Huff. He finally agreed to make a new mold, but I arrived to pick it up, I was disappointed to receive not a retainer, but a bite guard. When Dr. Huff left the room, the hygienist told me confidentially that I was never going to get a retainer and that I should go to another dentist. The problem was that Dr. Huff already had all my insurance money, plus my 50% copay. I was billed for the bite guard that I didn\'t want, need or request. I have called the office many times, left messages disputing the charge, but have never gotten a call back. Now he has turned my account over to collections, hurting my credit score. Shame on you, Dr. Huff.
