I went to this office for an exam and cleaning I was told I needed some work as well as a filling. They told me they would submit a pre-authorization for all the work needed. I got the information of the submission for authorization from my insurance and I noticed the wrong services were submitted on the wrong tooth they submitted for a crown instead of a filling and they never submitted a pre auth for my filling. When I called the office they told me they don\'t submit for pre auth for fillings. I cannot trust a practice that says they would then say otherwise. I\'m requesting a pre auth as my right the dental office should submit it per my request. This office is not organized and attention to detail is lacking. The receptionist kept calling me by another name everytime I spoke to her. I was overall unsatisfied in the level of care I received at this dental practice.
