I don't even want to give the business a star. I went there for 4 years and always scheduled my appointments in the morning before work. I had to cancel for sickness or other reasons so I had a same day cancel and they decided to charge me $40.00 after the last time. I asked for a copy of my financial policy I signed in November of 2010 and it states that they would APPRECIATE 24 hours and will charge $40.00 for MISSED appointments. Well, I work in a medical office and a cancel is NOT the same as a missed appointment. Bidget the "office manager" told me I need to look up the definition of missed and cancel and hung up on me. When I tried to call Bridget again to discuss the $40.00 fee, she talked over me and hung up on me again. Dr. Smith is a good dentist and very caring but beware the office staff. I never returned because of the staff.
