Stay away from here. This is the most unprofessional and dishonest office I have ever been to. I should have read reviews before I wasted my time and money with them. Don't make the same mistake I did. .
I would be very careful with these guys. The dentist I saw when I was there was Dr. Ben Spivey. Google him, you'll see that his license was suspended for three years for fraud. I need a crown replaced because it has chipped. They tried to add $425 to the bill by telling me special work needed to be done because of an under bite. I found out that this was a lie when I asked a family friend (unfortunately for me lives in another state) who is a dentist. When I contacted my insurance company they told me Dr. Spivey wasn't contracted to work out of that office. When I contacted the dental board they told me he's still on probation and only allowed to work out of one office, not this one by the way. They contacted me again after I spoke with my insurance company and tried to hard sell me on doing the procedure with them. When I resisted they cut the $425 fee in half but for work that doesn't need to be done that still sounds like a rip off to me....
I am very critical when it comes to dentist and Doctor's offices. Everthing from the very first call I made to the office to my visit was outstanding! The receptionist made everything so easy was so happy on the phone. I was told my first visit would be very long but I was in and out in 40 mins. Dr. Tarver was very genuine and seam to actually care as well as her assistants. Overall GREAT experience! I Highly Recommend them!.
