Dr. Sandler and the dental hygienists are wonderful, I have complete trust in what they say and I always feel well informed about my dental issues and proceudres. However the office staff is horrible. They are nasty, and not at all accomodating. They are annoyed when you call to book an appointment, and seem to have no idea about insurance. I was told just this morning that I wasn't asking a question the right way. It's my fault they don't understand things, not their own for not making an effor.
Dr. Sandler is an amazing dentist. Always has time and patience for my questions. Easy appt, short wait and very pleasant staff. The staff always accomodates me. They do get pretty busy but the girls at front desk always have time and patience for my questions. Most importantly knowledgable and careful dentist with a great bedside manner..
The best dental visit i have had. Staff was very friendly and great hygienist. Dr sandler was very gentle and painless.
