What an amazing group of caregivers. I have been afraid to go to a dentist, due to previous experiences. Dr. Elliot is the epitome of warmth, kindness, professionalism, and skill. Without a doubt the most pleasant experience, that involved a trip to the dentist. From the time I called, spoke with Glenda, who was so sweet and called back with an appointment almost immediately, to precious , little Courtney, who was professional and so very caring, then the most wonderful dentist ever.....he truly is, and then sweet Janet who was so helpful.... Belhaven is blessed to be the home of this amazing team. I went in this office, afraid and in quite a bit of pain. I left feeling so much better, and will return. I so wish I had found Dr. Elliot sooner. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart..
Super friendly staff, great dental cleanings and care, highly recommended..
Staff is very courteous... but I went there with my 3 children... making all of us patients there... the only thing... they do is cleaning for the little ones... and refer them for further screening to other facilities... making it a waste of time for us... and giving us the runaround... nor can they fax records unless a certain staff is available.... which cause the other facilities to retest them all over again.... they failed to see a life threatening sinus issue I had in my mouth... but ECU University recognized it almost instantly... My teenage son need braces... they told me when he turn 12 he ... they would be able to refer him... he was 13 when i took him... and still... they won't refer him... They lack very important matters in which other than just being an image... should become more serious about their profession... people are wasting valuable time... I really did like the staff... but being healthy is what I go for.
