Absolute train wreck !! I called about a side effect 3 times and finally talked to a person on the fourth day, then called 3 times to reschedule the follow up..... same thing, didn't talk to a person until the 4th call. All the community health partners are affiliates, so going to a different town still supports them. I'll never go back!!.
Dr. Sager is an awesome dentist! I do not love going to the dentist, and often am uncomfortable with people working in my mouth. Dr. Sager is very gentle, professional, and great at what he does. I have never left there with my mouth hurting. I would highly recommend Dr.Sager to anyone I know!.
I called today to try and make an appointment for my adult son and they refused to let me make the appointment. I was told since he is of age (over 21) he would have to call and make the appointment. When they asked why he wasn't calling, I explained that he was at work and it was difficult for him to use the phone. Seemed odd to me, I've worked in doctor's offices for many years before retiring and never heard of this. I'm wondering why and what the new rule is?.
If you don't have insurance this is the best option. If you do have insurance stay away from this cluster f*%#..
