2By far the worst dental office. The definition of a fraudster-medical racket, hustling both you and your insurance company for repeat, unnecessary visits for procedures that should take no more than 2 visits. It took him 5 visits, each about 30 minutes, to complete a root canal on one tooth. You would be better off going to a witch doctor. It took David Hickman 5 visits to "complete" a root canal that is now being corrected by an actual dentist. All of this after a bait-&-switch where they told me I would have to pay nearly $1000 (despite my insurance) before they would complete my procedure (this was at the 3rd visit, so i had a temporary filling in my tooth that came out 2 days later even though i followed the directions not to eat anything like an apple or hard candy). They send me a brightly colored bill with my 'outstanding balance' every month that gets directly forwarded to the Attorney General's office.
