5The front desk is always horrible with customer service. The two women are always loudly gabbing about their personal drama when I'm in there (4+ visits) and every single time I call they end up giving me attitude. If they weren't one of the only options for people with OHP, no one would ever deal with them. I got (the usual) attitude again today because I hadn't stated my name within my first sentence, and then again because my pain/sensitivity description wasn't making enough sense for miss attitude. At least the dentist and hygienist I see there are nice.
