My experience with Ballard Dental has been great. Today I had an implant placed by Dr. Ballard. I have had two others done by an oral surgeon, and today's procedure could not have gone better. The staff is friendly, competent and very caring. Dr. Ballard could not have been more helpful by explaining everything and then proceeding with care and a very calm demeanor. There was no pain from the anesthetic, a big plus for anyone ancipating dental care, the assistant had everything ready to go and was so polite and personalble with both me as the patient and also with Dr. Ballard. Everything in the office is bright and clean and so inviting. The staff that greeted me when I arrived and also helped at the end of my appointment was also caring and skilled and very competent. Great experience. Great Team. Great office.
