My husband need a retreat of a root canal was a horrible experience. The procedure that Dr. Sameti performed was fine, it was the office staff interaction that was lacking. They were rude, condescending, & only accommodating when forced to. Previous arrangements were made for me to be present at the time the doctor examined & discussed what was needed, but I was not allowed to go back. I explained why I should go back & that prior approval was given. It took me 2 tries to finally be able to go back! The chairs in the waiting room were hard plastic & extremely uncomfortable. I ended up going to the car to wait. When I went back in to pay and collect my husband there was a credit card charge that I needed to sign. They pushed the form towards me and said I needed to sign. I asked for a pen and was told that I had already been given one! My husband actually had the pen; so I used one that I had in my purse. No explanations about aftercare was given but a sheet was shoved at me.
