I was nervous to go to a new dentist after having the same one for 20 years, but this office was wonderful! Very friendly and efficient staff! There was hardly any wait, and my cleaning was very gentle. .
The Staff at this location is amazing. I have been to way too many dentists in the past, and the experience i had here was extraordinary. The entire team at the office, and the partners they work with are amazing. The woman who did my cleaning was so gentle and nice, normally before this i could not sit through an entire cleaning. I was amazed, and will refer them to anyone in need of dental care..
I dislike having any sort of dental work done, but when I have to get it done I go to Cedar Creek. It had been 5 years since the last time I had been to the dentist and when I walked in it was like I had never left. Everyone remembered my name, was happy to see me and seemed very eager to know what I had been up to. All in all it?s like a big family there. Dr. Von Hoven will tell you like it is, does great work and his staff is just as great. I would recommend Cedar Creek Dental to anyone. I've gone to Cedar Creek my entire life, and have had everything from normal check-ups to orthodontics in this office. Both Dr. Gruender and Dr. Von Hoven, as well as the entire staff, are incredibly friendly, extremely professional, and truly caring. I've moved out of Highland, but still continue to come here, because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth after the superb treatment I've received here!.
