7I came in because I had pain on a tooth. Iliana told me she would call me about an hour after I left to let me know what my out of pocket cost would be after insurance to see if I wanted to set up an appointment for the procedure. She didn’t call . The next morning I called to ask and I was told she would give me a call back . The day is almost over and still no call . I am in pain and if this office doesn’t even care enough to give me a simple phone call then I am definitely going to the wrong dentist. I had to cancel another appointment I already had set up .

7It's been almost two years I've gone here for my braces. My appointments are a month in advance. So I shouldn't have to wait 1-2 hours every time I come in on time for my appointment. I'm pretty sure they overbook themselves. Otherwise the staff is usually friendly.
