7I came in because I had pain on a tooth. Iliana told me she would call me about an hour after I left to let me know what my out of pocket cost would be after insurance to see if I wanted to set up an appointment for the procedure. She didn’t call . The next morning I called to ask and I was told she would give me a call back . The day is almost over and still no call . I am in pain and if this office doesn’t even care enough to give me a simple phone call then I am definitely going to the wrong dentist. I had to cancel another appointment I already had set up .

7It's been almost two years I've gone here for my braces. My appointments are a month in advance. So I shouldn't have to wait 1-2 hours every time I come in on time for my appointment. I'm pretty sure they overbook themselves. Otherwise the staff is usually friendly.

4Excellent dental care. I\'m 75 and have been to quite a few dentists. Been seeing DR Gerome for around 10 years now, and he\'s the best I\'ve ever encountered. My wife was initially reluctant to change dentists, since she was being treated by a friend. I was finally able to convince her to see Dr Gerome and she has been very pleased. Now my entire family sees him. My son, who is attending college in California, still prefers to see Dr Gerome when he visits.
