Sharing on behalf of my girlfriend: l was looking for a dentist that accepted my insurance and the google reviews were pretty good. I am extremely nervous about doctors so this was no exception. I came in, was greeted by the front desk, and was welcomed in shortly. I remained very nervous during my X-Rays, after which i began crying and was consoled then. Dr Choi told me i'd have to get my one broken tooth extracted and she could get started prepping me ASAP. I being nervous, opted to wait and she suggested I see an oral surgeon due to my nervousness. I agreed, and I received a cleaning. The cleaning was good, a little painful at times but the hygienist would get 4 stars from me for being so patient with my crying and nervousness. I left and attempted to find an oral surgeon to extract my tooth ASAP, within my network, with little luck. Dr. Choi spoke to my mom on the phone reassuring that she could do the extraction if we need to get it out ASAP & that it would be okay. I agreed, and later, she went back on her word and said another doctor would be doing the procedure- an oral surgeon himself. That was scary as I gained trust in her, but proceeded to come in the next day. We waited in the waiting room for about a half hour to be told that they are not comfortable taking out the tooth, the one they almost hastily removed in the first place. We were also informed the doctor that was going to take out my tooth is in fact NOT an oral surgeon... They prescribed me an antibiotic and I was on my way. I am so disappointed in the disorganization of this practice. I could have gotten past the slightly messy offices if they weren't so sketchy when it came to giving a straight answer with confidence to me and my family. Will never return back here again, which is sad because the staff seem nice enough, just incredibly flustered and unorganized.
