After some bitter wrangling, the business office has responded to my grievance in a manner, that makes me forgive whatever communication errors precipitated with Payne & Payne Dental. Let's see how that goes for now. Overall I give 1 star. 4 Stars Expertise 4 Stars Facility 1 Star Professionalism Had it not been the Business Office Professionalism issue, I would have given 4 stars overall, but the Professionalism side of the business left me with a sour note, consequentially resulting in my final Google rating of 1 star. I ran into a disputable contract matter that I think should have been handled in a more advanced professional manner to help the business maintain a positive and comprehensive image, an image that would match its wonderful dental services. Sadly my perception on the business is ruined by the contract dispute which inadvertently distorts how I view the professionalism exhibited by the business office.
