He should not be dealing with children. If they don't do exactly what he says perfectly he then has his assistants tell you he is going to remove whatever he has put on. He does not include parents on any conversations. He seems to be eager to take your money but not provide the services. I would highly recommend finding a different Orthodonist for your child
