I have been going to this doctors office for about 10 year, maybe longer. This time going I had a bad experience that turned me away for good. When there was a mix up with scheduling and the lady in the office was very rude and not helpful at all. As I tried yo explain to the lady that my appointment was scheduled for one day she argued that no one makes mistakes in their office and that I was wrong about my appointment day and time. It was a horrible experience after going to this office for so long. I am writing this review so that paying customers don't endure the same kind of service I received that day. It has been about 2 weeks since this happen, but it's been on my mind since then and I had to speak up the best way I know how.
