6Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else. I was sad to leave because, the staff and my dental hygienist, Jessica were absolutely amazing. Dr. Billings, however, NOT so much. Treats his patients like they’re nothing but a number with the worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered or seen. I also didn’t like the fact that rooms are maintained completely open. So there’s no privacy when you’re getting a cleaning or work done. You can hear staff and patients walking past your door and you’re sitting with your mouth wide open. No, thank you!

8Staff seems very disengaged and in experienced. For my X-rays the dental assistant was attempting to cram a too large plate into my mouth. As she proceeded to clean my teeth she was yanking aggressively and scratched my gums with the tip (side note: I have a very clean teeth, no cavities,healthy gums. On first visit I was told that she was surprised to see I had no cavities or gum issues- it came off as if she assumed I would. Dental asst. staff seem in experienced and unprofessional
