2Cannot say much about the experience because there was none. My son Donald arrived 6 minutes late ( after grace period I understand) and was refused for his appointment. My sister got him ready and drove him there. She asked if they would talk to Dr Carson and was told no. I know full well about schedules but there should be some compassion and understanding. He has cerebral palsy and try as we might we never know how long it takes to get to his appointments. I am wondering how many patients are being turned away and treated like my son. I hope the Dr actually sees reviews and are not filtered.
