5They botched my fillings. I had 8-9 cavities, Dr. Nguyen finished the job TOO quickly. I was really impressed until I noticed all the sharp edges left behind. I immediately noticed two teeth had become a razer-sharp trap for my tongue, and I started catching giant chunks of food in there. 3-4 other teeth had sharp edges too. That's not what I call a $1,000+ job. That's bare bones dentistry... To his credit, I came back and Dr. Nguyen took a second look for free. He put salve on a tooth he had left an unnecessarily large crater in that had become very cold/heat sensitive. That helped, but he refused to believe my story of sharp-edged teeth. After forcing him to poke around for 15 awkward minutes saying "I can't see what you're talking about" I gave up. I went to Grand Family Dentistry months later, they immediately recognized what I was talking about and smoothed things over for no extra cost. They taught me about my teeth while they cleaned and I could tell they loved their work. Was that really so hard? No, it wasn't.

1Dr. Bruni and his staff are too full of them selves and do not take the time out of their day, when you are there to show satisfaction that you came to their office. After experiencing an awful encounter with their office, I switched over to a dental office right across from the mall of louisiana. The staff is courteous, and takes the time to make you feel like family. The doctors gave me phone numbers in case there was an emergency, and they got me in right away with no hard feelings at all.

3I\'ve been seeing Dr. Katayev for awhile and he doesn\'t explain the procedures he\'s about the perform and I was in pain during one procedure, he insulted me and asked me if I was drinking. He also yelled at his assistant and knocked her hand away with the water cup in it, the water from the cup splashed me in the face. He did apologize. When the procedure was done, he abruptly left the room, to the point his assistant had to apologize for his behavior.
