As a new patient, I felt very comfortable. It is a busy office, but they take the time to answer your questions. I had a tooth extracted today with no pain. Of course I was numbed up, and I will feel it later on. Lol..have a couple more procedures to be done, so I may have found a dentist home...
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've been here on several occasions and I will NEVER go back....I would rather have all my teeth fall out. I took my children there for cleanings which they did okay with just acted like my children couldn't understand them and wouldn't even talk to them. Then I went for an appointment shortly after and took my children with me. They were both strapped in, in a stroller and weren't causing any problems just kept asking questions. The dentist told me to not bring them with me again...yet they are supposed to be for KIDS and adults too! Like wtf?! So today I went again because my filling from my root canal came out and my tooth broke resulting in it jagged and cutting my cheek. I have almost no tooth due to that and the root canal. I wanted it pulled so I could just be done with it but he refused to take it out and said he would fill it. Fill what? I have no idea as I only have about 30% of the tooth. So the nurse comes in and just shoves some instent in my gums....apparently the dentist was supposed to numb and she had no idea I wasn't numb. I almost screamed it hurt so bad. Absolutely no communication between anyone there. You see four different people in one visit having no idea who anyone is or what they are doing. Most of the staff is rude and they do shoddy work. They are fast...but lazy and all they care about is getting you out of there...not about doing a good job or taking care of the issue and they don't car at all about what the patient wants. I would recommend not bothering with this place. Anywhere else would be MUCH better than this place!!!.
My experience was HORRID. Dr. Claybon tried to stick a needle in my mouth without ANY warning, he didn't say that's what he was going to do at all. He was also INCREDIBLY sexist. I went with my boyfriend at the time, and Dr. Claybon spoke to me like a child when he actually spoke to me (I'm 23). He mainly talked to my boyfriend (see: MALE) about what they needed to do as if I weren't even in the room. He also placed three fillings that promptly popped out a month later -- I don't drink pop or eat a lot of sugar. SO, please, go see Dr. Claybon if you enjoy sexist men that treat you like children and stab you with needles without talking to you about any procedures..
