10I went in to get 2 SMALL fillings a couple months back. She refused to fill them and was \"confused\" as to why the hygienist did not already send a request to my insurance company to get crowns. The insurance denied the crown request made by Dr. Britton. There was no need shown by my xrays for crowns, therefore the request was denied. We made another appointment to go ahead with the fillings. I got there, wasted my time once again just for her to look at me for a whole 30 seconds and very rudely said to me, \"I can\'t do fillings in those. You\'ll just have to appeal it. And if that doesn\'t work, you\'ll just have to be on a payment plan.\" She proceeded to then walk out without another word. I have no need at all for crowns. Can you say money hungry? I will not return and suggest others do not either.
