Dr. Finnern did some work on a tooth that had a crown on. Dr. Finnern did the necessary work and put the crown back on. Crown came off after a few weeks. Called his office several times and just got an answering machine. Left a few messages to schedule an appointment to come in and have it fixed. A week later someone from Dr. Finnern’s office called but I had already gone to another dentist, Dr. Edward Scott's office for the repair. Dr. Scott's office is great. Very professional!.
I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Dr. D's office. My honest opinion before switching to Dr. D's office was that all dentists are pretty much the same. I was wrong. Having had fillings with another dentist about a year ago and then last week with Dr. D, the comparison was striking. With my previous dentist my mouth felt beaten up for days after I had the work done and I could feel the fillings rubbing against my tongue and my other teeth frequently. By contrast Dr. D's work was so good that the next day I literally forgot that I had been to the dentist for fillings. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and professional and the location is very convenient right on Stage Road. I'm sold on Dr. D!.
I work with Dr. D myself. I assist him when he needs an extra hand, and I can say just from working beside him that this is a fabulous office. He takes his time with each and every patient no matter how long it takes. He treats everyone with the same manner and does a great job. Such a Godly man and a sweet receptionist, Mrs. Pam. Mrs. Pam will great you with a warm smile and open arms! This is just a great great office. And our team strives to make each patient feel special and most importantly comfortable!.
