1Office was very unprofessional. When I made the appointment for my daughter I was never asked about the insurance. When I arrive, a little over an hour drive, fill out paperwork, my daughter is even called back, then I am told they do not accept my insurance. They should have checked this out prior to making the appointment. They didn\'t even know where all the paperwork was and could not find a pen. They suggested I change my insurance and come back. Nope, never going back.
