The dentist needs to work on her comunication skills. Before my childs procedure The dentist did not give me any info on what was going to be done at the procedure. She just said that my daughter needed some fillings and the receptionist would set it up. I had to ask how many and where? I had to ask her what the follow up care was going to be for my child after her procedure. She just said thank you and we about to walk off. She was automatically going to give my child metal fillings without as.
I came here to get a second opinion about a crown, and have kept coming here for years. Dr. Doremus is skilled and honest - he won't try to sell you on something you don't need. Donna is a great hygienist and managed to get me to listen to her and change the way I brush!.
Very friendly and professional staff. A fantastic dentist to have where healthcare options are limited. I was able to get a cleaning and when they found a cavity, they were able to take care of it at the same time! No need to come back later, reschedule, etc..
Had a wisdom tooth removed , had heard all the horror stories about this procedure all I can say is BULL ! Never felt the shots to numb you up or the tooth come out , next day pain free ,feeling great , HIGHLY recommend this group for all your dental needs !.
