6My review is of the office staff, specifically the billing department. More than once they bill your Medical Insurance versus the Dental Insurance. Causing you, the patient, to spend a lot of unnecessary time on the phone with the insurance company looking for an explanation of why claim is not paid. Once contacted office to bill the correct department, they are very rude. Then bill for services that are scheduled to be done, not services that were actually done. Causing claim to be rejected and you start all over again. We will no longer be patients. Which is a shame because the services of the dentists were good.

5Always have great service when I take my children to Adventure Dental and vision. It’s always convenient to have both offices in one place. Always friendly staff and caring. A great place for children.
