Paperwork for insurance submission is a mess. Untrustworthy staff - be sure they give you correct change. The staff routinely short changed my elderly parents - My parents rarely received a fair accounting. Twenty dollars here and there adds up. Too bad, I used to respect Dr. Ching's practice. Also, they don't accept popular insurance, United Concordia. Bleh!

Took my son, who is 3 and non verbal borderline autistic, to the dentist for the first time today. My husband and I were super nervous, we have heard lots of stories of bad experiences with children and the dentists, but Southwest Family Dentistry was amazing. They were kind and patient, while being friendly and so sweet to my child. My son had such a good time there, between the video games, toys, and balloon- he didn't want to leave. And best of all NO CAVITIES!! It was such a great experience, I recommend this place to everyone.
