1I cancelled my last appointment for a reason. This time I have questions and I was rudely answered by the lady business manager and another guy on my two calls. They both told me they were very busy and other people are on the line. The tone of voice is not friendly and I felt pressured to rush the entire conversation. If I were to have my teeth fixed I would imagine that they would also be rushing to have it done - a good preview of their customer service!
