I thought long and hard about finding a great and caring dental office for an exam. I googled a few dentists in Bakersfield, CA. I found Dr. Weinberg's website and it really appealed to me that it seemed very professional and provided you with a lot of information. I called the office immediately and set up an appointment. The front desk on the other end was very approachable and friendly. They take Delta Dental insurance and other dental insurances as well. They set me up an appointment that following week. I was happy I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen. Three days after scheduling my appointment, they sent me all the forms to be filled out in the mail, a letter welcoming me to the office, and an appointment card with the time and date of my appointment. The staff is on top of things! It was very professional for the office to send all the paperwork earlier so that the visit can progress smoothly. The location is a nice area right off of Coffee and Rosedale Hwy. Very convenient for residents in the Rosedale area. The office is beautiful on the inside! Nicely decorated, very comfortable and relaxing which is an environment most patients would appreciate at a dental office, and the most friendly and productive office staff I have ever witnessed! My appointment started on time, and I did not need to wait to be seen. The dental assistant Amanda was wonderful, and she worked hard to get good x-rays for the doctor. Dr. Weinberg himself entered the room with a smile and had a warm personality. He was devoted to his work to say the least. He took his time examining the patient's mouth, teeth, etc. He answered any and all dental questions I had, and even sat and chatted for a little while. The oral hygenist performed execellent work as well, and took her time to clean my teeth. The new office manager Michelle provided me with my plan following this exam, and broke down all the charges to my insurance, and what I would have to pay out of pocket. That was very useful! In conclusion, I have never been so happy at any medical/dental office and I will be sure to refer all of my friends, family, and complete strangers to Dr. Michael Weinberg's office because they make the patients feel special, and devote 100% to their work.
