We have left this practice due to poor hygienist(s) bedside manners and lack of office protocol. A hygentist was not letting us be present in the room for a procedure. For the first time our child became uneasy at the dentist office. We have been Dr White's clients for years. We spoke to Dr Poplin about this and he said it was OK for us to be there. This is a pediatric practice and priority #1 should be kid friendly. Our child's comfort and happiness was not a priority for the staff.
